Callins, Schwartzel Go Green!

Augusta, Ga - On one of the wildest Augusta Sundays in recent history, one man broke through and claimed the 2011 Tennessee Masters Fantasy Pick 'Em title.
Jamison Callins rode the play of Fred Couples, Luke Donald, Zach Johnson, Phil Mickelson, Lee Westwood and Tiger Woods to claim the first ever TMFPE championship with a score of 26-under par.
Chris Fowler, Saturday and Friday's clubhouse leader, dropped to 15-under thanks to the play of Rory McIlroy. The 21-year-old shot an 80 Sunday to shatter the hopes of many.
Graham Worsham finished second with score of 22-under while Duncan Fort and Luke Ferguson tied for third at 18-under.
Jon Ellis took last place with a score of 16-over. Dear God.
Anyone want to do this again for the U.S. Open?

Fowler Retains Lead; Littleford 3 Back

Augusta, GA- Chris Fowler was able to hold off the field for another day and is now 27-under heading into Sunday's action in the 2011 Tennessee Masters Fantasy Pick 'Em.
Mo Littleford made the biggest surge Saturday moving into second place after great performances from Adam Scott and Bubba Watson. The Johnson City native is at 24-under with 18 holes to play. Littleford made the huge jump after being 13-under heading into Saturday. Also still in contention are Pookie Ferguson (-20), Jamison Callins (-19) and Graham Worsham (-18).
Tiger's Perkins waitress apparently flew back to Duluth, Minnesota to attend her own wedding so Woods struggled Saturday posting a score of 2-over. That bitch. How dare she.
Today someone will be fitted for a green jacket and that person will be more excited than Beau Carr at a Sublime cover band concert.

The National - Fowler Steals Lead From Ferguson

Callins, Smith, and Worsham in Hot Pursuit Headed to Moving Day

Augusta, GA - Chris Fowler used the low rounds of Rory McIlroy and Dustin Johnson to take the lead in the 2011 Tennessee Masters Fantasy Pick 'Em. Fowler reached the clubhouse Friday with a score of 21-under par and nipping at his heels is Thursday's leader Luke "Pookie" Ferguson (who makes a great Rory McIlroy). Ferguson is sitting pretty at 20-under.

Jamison Callins also positioned himself nicely and he sits alone in third place at 19-under. Callins is happy to be in contention, but he believes his climb up the leaderboard had nothing to do with golf.
"I'm glad to see that Tiger flew in his favorite Perkins waitress (Thursday) night," Callins said.
Tiger Woods birdied seven of his final 10 holes and finished the second round with a 66. He is tied for third at seven under with K.J. Choi.

Also fans of 24-hour dining are Drew Smith and Graham Worsham. They used Tiger's round to post scores of 13-under, respectively.

Digging himself a deep, dark, bottomless hole was Jon Ellis. The Jackson, Tennessee native is now in the cellar thanks to his one-two punch of Vijay Singh and Paddy Harrington. Ellis is 37 off the lead at 16-over par. I don't see an Atlanta Braves '90-'91 worst to first scenario happening here.

In other news, Martin Kaymer has been reported missing.

With that being said, crack a beer, light the grill and enjoy day three of the Masters.

Here is the rest of the leaderboard.

Ferguson Starts Strong; Shaub Remains Optimistic

Augusta, GA – Day one of the 2011 Tennessee Masters Fantasy Pick 'Em is now in the books, and towering over the rest of the field is 6’3” Luke Ferguson. The Jackson, TN native stormed out of the gates posting a score of 13-under par, despite a less than perfect day from Padraig Harrington. The Irishman shot an opening round 77, but Ferguson was able to stay atop the leaderboard thanks to stellar play from Rory McIlroy, K.J. Choi, and Brandt Snedeker. Ferguson’s strategy going forward is to do anything possible “to get Padraig DQ’d.”

Ferguson has a three stroke lead over fellow Jackson native, R.E. Butts, whose “posse is riding a wet back (Alvaro Quiros)” to a solid 10-under par score.

Rounding out the top five are Brandon Rowland (-6), Chris Fowler (-6) and Mo Littleford (-5).

While these players put themselves in prime position to win, one person who did not is Andrew Shaub. Shaub is 20 back of the lead at seven over and quite frankly things can’t get much worse. Everyone in Brownsville will be watching as Shaub will try to make a monumental comeback to the top of the leaderboard. “I’m just positioning myself for Sunday,” he said. “I’ll storm back like Nicklaus in ’86.”
